When his father asked where the money came from, Daniel simply smiled.

“I'm doing business.”

His father suspected something was wrong but failed to investigate properly.

Meanwhile, Deborah continued her education.

She graduated from university with excellent results.
At her graduation ceremony, her parents were filled with pride.

But while the family celebrated Deborah's success, Daniel was secretly involved in something that could destroy everything...

Daniel's grades began to fall.

He stopped attending classes regularly and spent his time with his new friends.

Eventually, the school principal called his parents.

“Your son is no longer interested in his education,” he told them.

His father was furious.

“You will return to school tomorrow!”

Daniel shook his head.

“No. I'm done.”

“You have no choice.”

“I do,” Daniel replied. “It's my life.”

His father threatened to cut off his allowance, but after several days, his mother pleaded with her husband to reconsider.

Daniel got what he wanted.

He dropped out of school.

And with no school to attend, he had even more time to follow his friends...

Whenever he came home late, they warned him.

Whenever he fought at school, they complained.

Whenever he treated the workers badly, they scolded him.

But their corrections never lasted.

His mother would eventually say, “He's still young. He will change.”

His father agreed.

Daniel quickly learned something dangerous: there were consequences, but they were never serious enough to stop him.

Soon, he started keeping bad friends.

One afternoon, Deborah saw him getting into a car with three older boys.

“Daniel, who are they?”

“Mind your business,” he snapped.

She watched the car disappear down the street, unaware that her brother had just taken another step toward a road that would change his life...
