The number of people suffering from kidney disease is very alarming. Unfortunately the young has not been spared in this.

Therefore, the need to drink water over carbonated drinks/energy drinks can never be over emphasized.

Please, save your kidney by drinking water, avoiding self medications, and ensuring check-ups.

Welcome to my health and wellness space 💜.

I created this platform to educate, support, and empower you through meaningful conversations about general health and women’s health.

Here, I will be sharing everyday health tips, while also discussing important topics around reproductive health, mental wellbeing, prevention, and self-care all to help us make informed decisions about our health.

I also encourage us all to share our questions and views so we can learn together, gain helpful insights, and find the support we need.

My goal is to guide and inspire us to take charge of our wellbeing and live healthier, stronger lives.
Because I believe that when women are healthy, families are stronger and communities thrive. Same applies to every member of the family/ community.

Stay informed. Stay empowered. Stay healthy.
