"Peace of mind" doesn't always mean a woman who never speaks up.
Some people praise the woman who never complains.
The one who stays silent when she's hurt.
Who notices the disrespect but says nothing.
Who keeps the peace by swallowing her feelings.
She's called "understanding."
She's called "respectful."
She's described as a "peace of mind."
But silence isn't always peace.
Sometimes, it's exhaustion.
Sometimes, it's fear.
Sometimes, it's the result of feeling unheard for too long.
A woman who truly loves you won't always agree with everything you do. She may challenge you, correct you, or tell you when your actions are hurting her—not because she wants conflict, but because she values honesty and the relationship.
Real love isn't about pretending everything is fine.
Sometimes, love says, "This hurt me."
Sometimes, love says, "We need to do better."
So if a woman suddenly becomes quiet, don't assume she's finally at peace. Ask yourself whether she's found peace... or simply given up trying to be heard.
Don't mistake silence for love.
Don't mistake silence for respect.
