As a landlord or as a landlady never you give out your house to your church member in weather a committed member or an oh yes member because they will betray your help and trust. If they are messing up with you honestly you won't have the courage to fight them or whatever because they are just like your sister or your brother you won't even have the goat to start quarreling with them on the street because people look at you like oh I thought these people are church members why I didn't now fighting on correctly as it true Christian whether you are a pastor and you have a house for let you have a house you rent out to make money please make sure you don't give them out to your church members ,when a church comes to ask apartment to let in your place to rent in your place please look for a way to you know discharge that person because at the end of the day you will end up having issues you return an enemy honestly and enemy clear one. I am saying this now because it has happened to me yeah it happened to me
Some years back we were in Lagos State but at a point we decided to relocate to ogun state so as relocated to ogun state we're able to acquire of half plot of land and a banglad bungalow on it on that land is a bungalow on that land so we decided to you know put that house into ship many flat and and two other um self-con to different self corn there so we give them out and they the mani flats was given to a church member the church we joined as we move to ogun state so as we bought the place there was no light in that house so my husband was running around to no get prepaid for the house this church member a family he that's husband and wife and their three kids the wife is he said that my husband was connect uh the light directly I mean postpaid he must do the postpaid is not ready yet that he must do postpaid so this woman continue troubling my husband every hour then then the past one pastor got to hear the story he said okay January to June no explanation was favor why they didn't pay the arrange for the past 6 months no explanation was ever made until my husband now decided that okay they should leave that was when they started running to pastor pastor should come and talk to us that they don't have the money yet and and all that the truth is that church members are the people that will betray your trust honestly they will take your calmness or for her for weakness they will take your gentility for weakness they will take your kindness for foolishness so I think middle last year so we were asked to quit the place we were leaving because we're living in a rented apartment so I went to meet this family and I said this my place now we want to use it because they have given everybody in my compound quick notice so now I want to start using this my own place that I'm giving them six months to quit the place because me where I am living they gave us only one month to the quit smoking the house despite that we are yearly turned at the gave us just one month so I went to this very woman I pleaded with had this very family that happens to be my church member so I pleaded with she and her husband I told them the situation of things and I pleaded with them that very day I go there to six months and they should try and look for a way out to you know get an apartment that I want to make use of my own house and they both accepted there was no disagreement there was no argument they both accepted what I do then and I left though their money was still counting so I left and after some days I came back to that that please my husband are quiet too I came back to that compound because there are the self container at the back and there was nobody need to the place was empty so what I did was to you know move some of my things into that apartment at the back so I'm close to 6 months close to the date I give them I went there just to remind the woman about it she got angry someone was angry you are happy living in my own house freely and me I'm attaching in a room apartment with my kids so do you man got angry and I left I didn't talk to her again I left so I know that day now I came when she was supposed to leave I think she was supposed to leave 27th December but she didn't leave from them she said from that December to January 17th I didn't ask her anything I just went straight to the man of God and said sir look at this woman is still here on the 17th of January I please sir I don't want to have issues with her so that was how my pastor called her and spoke to her thinking that this woman was going to leave she never made an attempt of of moving then my pastor call was her okay madam what happened why have you not moved I don't even know what is she narrated to my father that where she got an apartment she has made half payment the payment is not complete yet before January ends and then when she came back that I now ask her with my homework or January ending and I said okay on the 29th of January one of my brother in-law came around and ask her madam are you people still I thought you people have moved out she said no that she's moving by second week of February so when I had that I was shocked because myself and this woman we have concluded she will be leaving by ending of January or before ending so by ending of January add more 2 weeks for herself without telling me without my consent and I was like mother you don't do that now don't take my calmness for foolishness I have been coming here speaking to you with a civil manner don't you like how I've been coming down for yo?with ? that was when she started giving me excuses that she's having pains all over her body this and that that is just because she doesn't have anybody to go ahead and watch the place we are she paid for that is why what she's hearing this afternoon. So what I did was follow her with wisdom I went back to our pastor and I said that they look at what this woman said do see when she said she's moving out again she's just extending his postponing it that the woman is not ready to go out so that was when our pastor minute man due to that you must leave first week of February which was last two weeks she she moved out and she came to church on Sunday to testify that she wants to thank God that God did not allow her enemy to throw her things away 🙄🙄 amo fear church members some of them are demon processed
