Ever since I discovered Rosemary leaves, it has become of the major natural ingredients I use in making my meals. I use it as a spice mostly in stew, pasta, jollof rice and some other dishes.
As someone who's cutting down on artificial spices, it was really helpful.
It has a lot of health benefits, I discovered it as an ingredient for hair growth but on further research I realized it's worth more than that.
Here are some of the health benefits;
Aside its common use as an ingredient for hair growth, it also contains antioxidants and anti inflammatory compounds which helps in removing free radicals and preventing inflammatory conditions.
It also helps to improve mood and mental health, it's also good for brain health as it helps to enhance memory and concentration.
There are other benefits.
The Rosemary leaves is what I use, but there other forms of Rosemary such as the oil, and there are different ways to use them too.
Recently I used Rosemary leaves to make a hair spray, with some other ingredients though.
