I have seen it too many times.

We just wrapped up the 3rd cohort of the Scrubs to Screens Tele-Nursing Mentorship Program, and honestly… I’m still taking it all in.

For two intense weeks, we learned, relearned, unlearned, researched, shared real-life experiences, and explored current technology trends in telehealth.

One thing I’ve learned in my decade-long nursing and mentorship journey is this:

Career goals are not short-term goals.
A career is a long-term, sustainable path that requires patience, consistency, and continuous growth.

Many people get discouraged too early because they expect instant results. But real career transformation takes:

Learning
Consistency
A clear long-term vision

People won’t always see your dream.
