Unizik to install CCTV cameras in Lecturers offices.

Remember, r@pe allegation was leveled against some lecturers in the University, and one of the University alumni donated 1,060 CCTV cameras to be installed in every lecturers office .

Omo, lecturers dey provoke say it's an infringement on their privacy . VC says no going back .

American, Shanquella Robinson, Found Dead In Mexico Assaulted - Report

A video has surfaced showing an American, Shanquella Robinson, 25, who was on a trip to Mexico being beaten up by another lady, moments before she was declared dead.

Robinson, whose name has emerged as one of the top trends on the Internet on Thursday was seen being
beaten while naked in a new video from the trip she took with friends. Her friends had claimed she died from alcohol poisoning, reports Daily Mail.

One of Robinson's friends called her parents to tell them she was unwell and claimed that she was intoxicated with alcohol. A doctor eventually showed up at the villa and attempted to revive Robinson before declaring her dead at 3:00 p.m. local time

An autopsy report that was obtained by Robinson's parents indicates her neck was broken. Robinson was buried over the weekend.

CBN insists it followed the law, due process for Naira redesign, says exercise is 12 years overdue.

Management of the CBN, in line with provisions of section 2(b), section 18(a), and section 19(a)(b) of the CBN Act 2007, had duly sought and obtained the approval of President Muhammadu Buhari in writing to redesign, produce, release and circulate new series of N200, N500, and N1,000 banknotes.

The CBN urges Nigerians to support the currency redesign project, which is in the overall interest of every citizen of the country. The hoarding of significant sums of banknotes outside commercial banks' vaults should not be encouraged by anyone who means well for the country.

CBN had tarried for too long, considering it had to wait 20 years to carry out a redesign. In contrast, the standard practice globally was for central banks to redesign, produce and circulate new local legal tender every five to eight years.
