Good evening y'all.....this one's for my dear parents

Love matters and when I say love I don't mean the normal l love my kid kinda normal thing. I mean the love the exceeds the natural, that child needs to feel loved to the extent that every other unnatural love that comes from outside would not be new under the sun. It's from love that they feel that they can talk to you and that brings to.....

Communication... This is one vital most parents find challenging especially our 90s parents, communication is key, you cant always be right when dealing with your children but out of respect they just wave it off and not talk bk. If you are always stern, moody, judgemental trust me they will find it hard to talk to you at all thereby leading them to hoarding secrets of their own. But an open space, a free mind can make them tell you even the most underlying secrets of theirs at least 70% of it which would mk you know half of your child.

Attention- Knowing your child is important because these parents tend to put their work over their children. You are always busy and at the end of the day, you will end up not loving nor communicating properly with ya child, you will know nothing about him or her. If he or she is going through a particular thing you have no idea because you are busy. That's why you end up hearing he r***d me, he drugged me, am pregnant mom, why are you doing drugs or p**n but these incidents could have been avoided if only you looked closer to ya kids.

Understanding your God given children has never been an easy task but as a parent trust you are placed to the guide, the protector to them.

Correct with love
Allow them make some mistakes especially if minor
Help keep their dreams alive
Connect them to God

personally I was gagged watching this. Nollywood should honestly do more like this. I mean it was a good one.

The Society is an American mystery teen drama television series created by Christopher Keyser, that was released via streaming on Netflix on May 10, 2019. It stars Kathryn Newton, Gideon Adlon, Sean Berdy, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Jacques Colimon, Olivia DeJonge, Alex Fitzalan, Kristine Froseth, Jose Julian, Alexander MacNicoll, Toby Wallace and Rachel Keller.

Imagine going on a field trip only to come back to a town deserted, your family gone, your parents gone, everyone you care about and know is gone. All that is left you all is just yourselves, your phones are working, but it's like you and 2000 of you are left in the entire world, as time passes, you all realize that you have no choice but to build, and create a new world altogether while trying to know what happened to everyone else and where they are. I chose to talk to about this series despite it being canceled because I loved the storyline, it's unique.

It explores the life you choose to live outside the guiding of your parents. Leadership, love, chaos, confusion, etc are all the attributes faced by the characters as they face their issues.

To tell a story that's not on the norm is my kinda thing, this series serves mystery and for that I love it.

"Thin Line" is a 2024 Nigerian drama thriller film directed by Akah Mason and produced by Mercy Aigbe. The movie follows Pastor Raymond (Uzor Arukwe), a respected clergyman who gets entangled with Annie (Uche Montana), a high-end es**rt. Annie manipulates and blackmails Raymond, leading to a complex web of deceit and betrayal.

When Annie is found murdered, Raymond becomes the prime suspect, but a shocking twist reveals the true culprit – his wife, Damilola (Mercy Aigbe), who discovered Annie's pregnancy with Raymond's child.

The film explores themes of morality, sin, trust, and betrayal, raising questions about power dynamics and manipulation. Despite its polished production, "Thin Line" has been criticized for its handling of sensitive topics, including male s*xual assault and the portrayal of women.

Now, don't get me wrong but y'all know I like good storytelling when I see one especially in Nollywood, I mean it's not perfect but it's something. Good acting, Nice plot twist and the lines the writers did good.

I love nice storytelling, and frankly I must say I could understand the pastor character, you could see and feel and feel that he was with no option due to the frustration from the s*x worker. Either way I don't intend to spoil it for you, feel free to check it if you havent. t w

Honestly there's no reason for you to hold back, you are simply living in fear. You have the fear cycle.

Here are some reasons why you are moving on yet.
Paralysis- You have stopped trying to do anything that might lead to failure. You have given up and for that your mind is not moving on so will your status in life.

2. Procrastination- we all know this one, and most of us are guilty. Procrastination does nothing but steal your time, you keeping postponing until it's late and you begin to drown in regret.

3. Purposelessness: The reason why you are moving on, is because you lack direction ( clarity) deep down you don't know what you want and you use it to justify why you are where you are

A person who wants to become something better of himself or herself but not give into these things.

Cary, a former reality TV star, and Brooke, a washed-up actress, struggle to find their place in the entertainment industry while navigating their complicated family dynamics. As they try to make a comeback, they face the harsh realities of the industry and their own fading relevance. The show explores themes of identity, family, and the fleeting nature of fame.

Watching this series I could totally relate but first, the confusion, feeling lost it's probably most us right in our youth and out of the blue your younger brother becomes a celeb overnight by just one song that only adds to the feeling of his elder siblings.

Without the whole s*xual scenes, I would say this series was something. It had something to give. We could see an insight of what it means to have passion, dream, life and purpose. The Industry exposed of it's ill activities.

I would rate a 8/10 because personally I didn't like the s*x scenes or explicit. Normally I don't like such it gives a yuck feeling. But regardless it was a nice series to watch.

Watching this I wasn't bored not even once just because the acting and storytelling was top notch. You know to tell a story is to communicate, is reflect and this is is exactly what this series did. Being a rich family can really put a target on your back, bring enemies etc. Despite everything, this family had one thing in common loyalty.

Family is everything be it poor, rich or middle class. It's a beautiful series.
