A tragic road accident at Edjeba Junction near DBS, Warri, has claimed the life of a woman identified as Vivian Temi.
Warri Sentinel gathered that Temi was returning from the Nigerian Immigration Office on Thursday, June 5, at the time of the incident. She had reportedly been preparing for an emotional reunion with her mother, whom she had not seen in over 30 years.
The accident was allegedly caused by the high-speed convoy of an as-yet-unidentified individual. Eyewitnesses described the convoy as "reckless" and "overspeeding" when it collided with the vehicle in which Temi boarded.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
