The new policy from 2026 would be no full financial membership without passing Ekoate Language and Cultural Academy Limited Lokoja.
No Carnival will hold without becoming a student of ELCA Collegiate Members henceforth.
It would be mandatory throughout until the university city building is ready for occupation and other academic matters to cover the field instead of AADW.

African Heritage Repository - Music as a Stored Product:
As part of Ekoate Academy students core values for African Heritage Carnival of Cultures, Musical Arts and Cultural Dance in costume related to each ethnic group would be highlighted and showcase annually during public parade. It's important to note that dying languages could store their languages in music for export through ELCA Literature models.

My dream for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide is not to awaken them from their slumber, but to give the Continental landscape in the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa for the restoration of the African Empire, Languages, Cultures and Traditions back to the people.
To follow me or support my dream is a collective responsibility and by extension each for himself. Organizing a small community to continue to advocate the NACDAfrica Agenda within your neighborhood is your responsibility and setting up a chapter is on application to the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide.
The Ekoate Language and Cultural Academy was established to further advance the course of my dream for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide awakening to get the first step into a new knowledge system within the context of Africa Renaissance and promotion of Carnival of Cultures through Gaa Gwarwang Cultured NACDAfrica and Afrikaan Descendants Carnival twice a year to boost cultural integration for students and members of the national chapters of the Ekoate Afrikaan Empire Afro-World.
