Amb. Chinwe Joyce Akubueze hails from Umuahia, Abia State, she is an Educational Administrator and Consultant by profession and a Teen/Life Coach by calling. For almost 15 years, she has tenaciously helped a large number of teens and young adults find purpose and meaning to life and guided them by the hand through the process of expression and becoming. Amb. Chinwe has held administrative and advisory roles in helping to build strong and sustainable corporate visions which were set up as either non-profits or companies among which are: Merchants Microfinance Bank Ltd, Aba; Aba; 9ineteen Works Enterprise; Life Center; Princeton Hall Schools,Umuahia; Jesbreed Leadership School, Aba; Young Creative Forum and Jewels Vocational Training Center.

She has efficiently served as team lead in a number of novel and turnkey projects geared towards teen and youth development in Abia State; these include: 9ineteen Skills Hub(2017-2019); Abia One Day Governor Essay Competition (2017-2019); she has served as a returning head judge in the Abia State Spelling Bee for three consecutive years. Amb. Chinwe is a partner of Inspire The Young Initiative and Hi-tech with whom she serves selflessly as a volunteer speaker for their Abia State Schools Tour and Educate 21 Schools Tour. She also partners with CS First, Lagos, an organisation focused on training educators on the use of 21st Century Teaching Tools. She is the founder/CEO Three Sixteen Initiative whose activities focus on nurturing and coaching teens and providing parental support services to parents of teenagers and young adults. Some of her organisational activities include "Sitout With Mama"; "Super Aces Conference"; and the "Unlimited Child Schools Tour".
"Mama Joyce" as she is popularly known, is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator; an Alumni Ambassador Abia State College of Education (Tech) Arochukwu(2012) where she obtained a Nigeria Certificate in Education(NCE) in English Language/Religious Studies;

she is a Bachelor graduate of English Language/Educational Administration from Imo State University, Owerri and most recently, a Genuine Womanhood Ambassador and member Abia GBV Action Team. She is the author of "Teen Up" a comprehensive life guide for teenagers published in 2017 and "LIFE HACKS For People Wey No Get Sponsor or Support". Her hobbies include: volunteering, reading and researching.

In her kitty of awards of recognition are: " TITFOR Ideal Teen Coach of the Year 2018"; "Abia Teen Coach 2019"(a merit award by Abia Facebook Friends Hangout); "Explore Outstanding Coach of the Year 2020"; and "Paragons Coach of the Year Merit Award 2020" amongst others.

Ikenna Ogbudimkpa is a social entrepreneur, human and youth development professional, business consultant, and leadership advocate.

He is the Founder and Executive Director of Vision Alive Foundation, a youth development non-profit saddled with the responsibility of creating leadership and economic opportunities for young people by developing and implementing strategies, programs, and policies to curb the high rate of unemployment and accelerate adequate youth inclusion in governance for sustainable development.

He also leads Vision Incubation Hub, a social enterprise, with interests in building innovative technological solutions, business and organizational consulting, brand management, corporate communications, and strategic investments.

With a background in Economics, Business Administration, and Enterprise Development, Ikenna has helped scores of businesses start, sustain and scale to big brands. He is a prolific trainer and communicator, having facilitated numerous business training and conferences.

Ikenna is also a ONE Champion. He has an ardent passion for youth inclusion in governance, leading the Not-Too-Young-To-Run, Ready-To-Run, and Vote-Not-Fight Movements in Abia State, ensuring scores of young people get a shot at leadership for sustainable development. Ikenna also works with YouthLed Africa, driving projects that ensure young people become active players in the sociopolitical and socioeconomic space, harnessing the power of the 70%.

Meet our Keynote Speaker...

David Akwara is an award-winning filmmaker. His films over the years has screened at more than 40 international film festivals. He is an award recipient at the 2017 Indie Wise Convention USA Award and the 2018 Mtn Shortz Award for his short film Impales which has screened at more than 20 international film festivals alone.

David is also engaged with building communities through documentary filmmaking, video partnerships and empowering youth and communities to tell their own stories as the founder and creative director of the David Akwara Films. David has also taught workshops and given lectures as a panelist on how filmmaking can be a drive for inclusion in Africa at the 2021 African Changemakers Leadership Summit, African Youth Symposium and the Humanitarian and Entrepreneurial Banquet.

A native of Warri, Delta State, Nigeria and a graduate of The Film and Broadcast Academy in Ozoro, Delta state and The Academy of Film and Acting, Ghana studying Film and Television Production and Film Directing respectively.

In 2020, he was awarded a Community Service Award and made the list of 100 Most Influential Young Deltans, an Initiative of Mayorkings Agency. 2021 ZI Prize For Empathy and Creative Genius

He is also a member of Pan African Women Business Association (PABWA) advisory board.
