This is not just a needle.
This is what stitches a woman back together after an episiotomy: a surgical cut made during childbirth so a baby can enter the world.

While the world celebrates the baby, a mother lies there being sewn, tired, bleeding, shaking, expected to be grateful and quiet. It is brutal. But then, mothers are expected to carry on like nothing happened.

Honor mothers.
Hold space for their pain.
Stop asking them to return to normal when they were never meant to come back the same.

If you don't want your family members to visit you in PR!SON in 2026, take note of the following and act accordingly!

1. If you own a car, avoid giving strangers a lift.
