Why are we so happy pulling people down?

We think people deserve justice? Is that why you are so eager to help pull someone down?

How about you? Should we also take up your case? Or you've never messed up / done any wrong?

I saw a post of how people without knowledge joined to call someone a scammer today and it prompted these thoughts.

I believe that if someone is involved in a crime or scandal it is not for us to stay on this space or even in the background, to join in pulling the person down.

If it is a scandal, allow the people who are directly affected and who have the right information as to what ACTUALLY happened prosecute the matter. If it is a crime, let the law take its course.

The way we as HUMANS are so eager to celebrate a fall, humiliate the 'exposed', kick down the already fallen, or join to add fuel to fire appalls me. Fine faces yet, so much hate, pain, and vengeance in the heart.

And the most bewildering part? Most times we don't even have any fact about the matter yet just jump at it with claws more sharpened than the offended or victim.

Meanwhile, I do not have the right to tell you what to do with your heart. I just pray you are not a culprit one day too and the hunter becomes the hunted.

May Peace, forgiveness, and Love prevail in our hearts.
