People of Benue State, this is a solemn call to every man, woman, youth, and child who believes in the power of prayer and the healing hand of God over our land...

On Saturday, 3rd May 2025, Makurdi and Local government across Benue State will witness a massive prayer walk like never before...

This is not a protest. This is not a denominational campaign. This is a divine gathering of believers across all Christian quarters standing in unity to cry out to God concerning the killings, bloodshed, and pain that have plagued our land...

This walk is not political...
It is a spiritual move..

It is not a gathering to point fingers but to lift our voices in one accord to the heavens. We are coming not with placards of anger, but with hearts of brokenness and faith, knowing that our God hears when His people pray...

The lives lost, the communities displaced, and the fear in our streets demand more than just words — they demand intercession...

While the government continues to do its best in trying to curb the rising insecurity and restore peace in our communities, we, as the body of Christ, recognize that some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will trust in the name of the Lord our God (Psalm 20:7)...

It is time to join forces, not in violence or vengeance, but in fervent prayer...

A former Chairman of the Nasarawa State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria(CAN), Bishop Joseph George Masin is dead.

Bishop Masin, a respected Christian cleric and founder of Lafia-headquartered Word of God Gospel City died in the late hours of Friday February 28 in Abuja.

The eldest son, Joseph Masin Jr, confirmed his passing in a Facebook post, eulogizing him as a hero.

“I know you are sleeping, you are not dead. Rest in Peace Baba,” he added.

Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia and Chief Judge Maurice Ikpambese exchange accusations amid the latter’s controversial removal

Ikpambese claims removal was due to refusing the governor’s preferred justices, while Alia alleges corruption and mismanagement

The dispute between Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia and the state’s embattled Chief Judge, Justice Maurice Ikpambese, has escalated. Following the latter’s controversial removal, both sides have exchanged accusations.

Last week, the Benue State House of Assembly, acting on a letter from Governor Alia alleging corruption, approved Ikpambese’s removal.

The decision has drawn criticism from the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the National Assembly, both of which have demanded a reversal.

In a viral video on Sunday, Ikpambese broke his silence and claimed he was removed for refusing to appoint the governor’s preferred justices to the Local Government Election Petition Tribunal. He insisted that he remains the legitimate Chief Judge.

Responding on Monday, Governor Alia’s Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, accused Ikpambese of misleading the public and evading corruption allegations.

Kula alleged that the Chief Judge mismanaged over N600 million in judiciary funds, abused his office, and engaged in political interference.

He further criticised Ikpambese for addressing the matter publicly instead of defending himself before the National Judicial Council (NJC), which has reviewed the case.

Meanwhile, the controversy fuels legal and political tensions in Benue State, as stakeholders call for due process in resolving the dispute.

BREAKING: Benue Governor’s Aide Survives Assassination Attempt

Hon. Gbenda Terver, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Executive Governor of Benue State on Youth Organization and Illegal Levies, narrowly escaped an assassination attempt last night.

The attack took place at Coca-Cola Junction, where unidentified gunmen, traveling in a Sharon car, ambushed the SSA and opened fire. According to reports, Terver managed to evade the assailants and is currently safe.

During the incident, he lost two mobile phones while fleeing, raising concerns over potential misuse of his social media accounts.

The public is advised to disregard any information from his accounts to prevent possible misinformation or victimization.

Authorities have been alerted, and an investigation is underway to track down those responsible.

Speaking on the matter, Chia Saint Paul, the Media Aide to the SSA, reassured the public that Hon. Gbenda Terver is in a secure condition and urged Benue youths to remain calm.

16 Years Old Boy Stab Grandma to D*ath and Move away with 4 million Naira and Gold Jewelry

The people of Pako Police Station, Amukoko Roundabout under Ajeromi Ifelodun local Government area, Lagos has been mourning a Business women and grandma who was stabbed by her grandson to death and move a way with 4Million Naira and Gold Jewelry.

Report reach Eko4show that the boy was leaving with his grandmother who mostly travels to Cotonou in Benin Republic to buy market and sell in Nigeria.

On Friday 21st of February 2025 the grandma prepared to travel for business again as usual.
When the grandson notice that his grandma she is in possession of hugs money (4Million Naira Cash) that she wanted to used for purchasing goods in Cotonou, he decide to stab his grandma to death on Friday night and escaped with the money and Gold Jewelry.

Nobody notice the death of the grandma on till Sunday 23 of February 2025 which is 3days after when one of the family members pay visitation to the grandma.

That when they detect that the grandma has been murder.

The grandma was found in the pool of blood with 3 knifes.
