I recently began a mentorship program at JIIPCC Academy, where I enrolled in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) class, and I must say the first day was a great start.

One of the key lessons I took away is that anyone who wants to venture into the ADR space must first learn to be truly neutral. Your neutrality is often reflected in how you communicate with the parties involved, and that communication can shape the entire resolution process.

Alongside this, our mentors broke down several foundational concepts that gave me much-needed clarity for the journey ahead. It was insightful, practical, and a solid introduction to the field.

With the next five weeks ahead, I’m excited to deepen my understanding of ADR and everything it represents.
