"IBB Rejects Bāndits Surrender, Demands Full Military Onslåughter".

The Former military Head of State Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB), has urged the Federal Government to reject surrender offers from bāndits, insisting that they must be fully neutralised without any form of dialogue.

IBB also called for a decisive military response, wårning that the military should not give room for surrenders.
