*Perm. Sec. Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education Advices Staff to deliver on AGILE Project Objectives*
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education, Niger State, who is also a member of the AGILE Project Niger State Steering Committee, Dr Jonathan Wasa paid a suprised working visit to the AGILE office in Minna recently and tasked the staff on continued dedication, team spirit and high level of commitment to the success of the Project in the State.
In his own words, the Permanent Secretary described the visit as impromptu, stating that the essence is to inspect the Project office and also interact with the staff in order to give them some words of encouragement and of course boost their morale as they anticipate the full takeoff of the Project in the State.
He also use the medium to reiterate the commitment and support of his Excellency the Governor of Niger State, Rt. Hon. Mohammed Umar Bago to the Project, stating that the only way to appreciate the gesture is to work hard as a team and make Niger AGILE project a positive reference point for others to emulate.
Responding, the State Project Coordinator Hajiya Maimuna Ibrahim Tahir thanked the Permanent Secretary for the visit and assured him that AGILE Team is as always ready for the task ahead. She also used the forum to seek for the Permanent Secretary’s assistance and guidance as the Project activities unfolds
Also with the Permanent Secretary on the visit are, Director of Test, Measurement and Evaluation Malam Garba Asab Abdullahi and Director PRS, Malam Abdulmalik S. Nungbe.
