This is to inform the good people of Niger East Senatorial District that the Aptitude Test for shortlisted candidates of the Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa International Undergraduate Scholarship Programme to China will hold as scheduled:

Date: Saturday, 30th August 2025
Venue: CBT Hall, College of Education, Minna
Time: 8:00 a.m. (Accreditation begins promptly)

✅️Important Instructions:

All shortlisted candidates are expected to be seated by 8:00 a.m. for accreditation.

All shortlisted candidates should ensure they come along with their acknowledgment slip print out.

The following items are strictly prohibited within the examination hall: mobile phones, face caps, and non-medical glasses. Only prescribed medical glasses will be allowed.

UPDATE: Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa International Undergraduate Scholarship Programme to China

We are pleased to inform the general public that a total of 927 applications were received for the Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa International Undergraduate Scholarship to China.

Following a thorough review and the removal of 78 duplicate entries, the number of valid applications stands at 849, distributed across the nine Local Government Areas as follows

✅️Important Notice

All applicants are hereby informed that the Aptitude Test for the Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa International Undergraduate Scholarship Programme (China) has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 27th August 2025.

This adjustment became necessary due to the departure of the first batch of students to India on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th August 2025.

Criteria for Shortlisting:
1. Meeting all the outlined eligibility requirements.
2. Uploading all required supporting documents on the portal.
3. Having verifiable and authentic claims for all requirements stated.

Applicants are strongly advised to keep their phone lines active, as SMS notifications and invitations will be sent to those shortlisted to participate in the Computer-Based Test (CBT), as well as through our verified social media handles.

Application Guidelines

1. Application Portal
Interested applicants should visit www.senatorsanimusascholarship.com and click on the “Apply Now” button. You will be redirected to the signup page. Kindly ensure you carefully read the eligibility requirements before commencing your application.

2. Signup Process
On the signup page, applicants are required to complete the following sections:

✅️Parent/Guardian Information

✅️Educational Information

After completing the form, click “Signup.” Your Application Number and Login Password will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure you use an active and accessible email address.

3. Login & Document Upload
Log in to your dashboard. After uploading your passport photograph, proceed to the Documents tab located below the Profile tab. Upload all the required documents in scanned and clear formats. These include but are not limited to:

✅️Indigene Certificate

✅️Primary School Certificate

✅️Testimonial

✅️National Population Commission (NPC) Birth Certificate

✅️JAMB Result

Once completed, return to the Profile tab and print your Acknowledgement Slip.

📍Important Note:
All applicants are required to print their Acknowledgement Slip after registration, as it will be mandatory for the next stage of the application process for shortlisted candidates.

Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa Inaugurates International Scholarship Selection/Implementationion Committee

On Thursday, June 27th, 2025, Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa officially inaugurated the International Scholarship Selection/Implementation Committee. The inauguration ceremony was conducted on his behalf by the Chairman of his Advisory Council, Bisalla Babasule, Sarkin Shanu Suleja, who congratulated the newly appointed committee members and presented their letters of appointment.

While delivering the Senator’s message, Mr. Babasule noted that the appointments were made in recognition of the members’ integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
He further charged them to carry out their responsibilities diligently, ensuring transparency and merit throughout the selection and implementation process.

Also present at the inauguration ceremony were Alhaji Nma Kolo, a member of the Senator’s Advisory Council and Special Adviser on Political Affairs and Strategy to His Excellency, Farmer Governor Umaru Mohammed Bago, along with other members of the Senator’s Advisory Council, Local Government Coordinators, Project Monitoring Committee, Local Liaison Officers, Zonal Officers, and other dignitaries.

Speaking on behalf of the newly inaugurated committee, the Chairman expressed deep appreciation to Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa for the opportunity to serve, assuring him of the committee’s collective loyalty, dedication, and commitment to delivering on their mandate.
