Baby’s P**p Color & What It Means 👶💩

A baby’s p**p color can tell a lot about their health. Some colors are normal, others need attention.
🟡 Yellow — Normal (common in breastfed babies)

🟢 Green — Usually normal (formula, fast digestion)

🟤 Brown — Normal (older babies/solids)

⚫ Black — Normal only in first days; later needs check

⚪ White/Pale — Not normal (see a doctor)

🔴 Red — May indicate blood; get checked

When to worry:

If p**p is white, black after newborn stage, bloody, or baby seems unwell.

Always trust your instincts — when in doubt, see a healthcare provider.

A MESSAGE TO MOMS WHO HAD A PREVIOUS PREGNANCY LOSS 🤍

Dear mama,
If you’ve ever carried a pregnancy that ended too soon, this message is for you.
Your pain was real.
Your tears were valid.
And your baby no matter how early mattered.

Losing a pregnancy changes a woman forever. It teaches you fear even in moments of joy, caution where there should be excitement, and silence where others expect celebration. You may smile on the outside while battling memories on the inside. That doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human🤗🥰

If you’re pregnant again and feel scared instead of excited, you’re not ungrateful.
If you check for symptoms every day, you’re not overreacting.

If you struggle to bond early, you’re not a bad mother.
You are protecting your heart the only way you know how.

Please remember this, mama:
✨ A past loss does not mean a future loss.
✨ This pregnancy is different.
✨ Your body is not broken.

Take things one day at a time. Breathe through the fear. Celebrate the small milestones. A scan, a heartbeat, a kick. It’s okay to hope again, even if hope feels scary.
And if today all you can do is survive and pray, that is more than enough.
You are strong.
You are worthy of joy.
And you deserve a beautiful ending to this journey.

We see you. We honor you. And we’re walking this path with you 🤍🤍🤍

HAPPY NATIONAL C-SECTION DAY 🥰🤗

💜 To Every C-Section Mama 💜

Today, we honor strength that doesn’t always get loud applause.
We honor you.
You carried life with love, hope, fear, and prayers.

When the journey didn’t go as planned, you still showed up — brave, trusting, and full of courage.

A C-section is not the easy way out.
It is surgery.
It is pain layered with responsibility.
It is learning to love, breastfeed, walk, and heal — all at the same time.

That scar on your body?
It is not a sign of weakness.
It is proof that your body became a doorway for life.

It is a reminder that you chose safety, survival, and love — for your baby and for yourself.
Whether your C-section was planned or unexpected…

Whether you felt joy, fear, disappointment, or relief…
You are a real mother. You gave birth. You are enough.

To every C-section mama who was told “you didn’t try hard enough,”
To every woman who cried silently while healing,
To every mother who rose from an operating table and still showed up for her baby…
✨ We see you. We honor you. We celebrate you.✨

Happy National C-Section Day 💜
