4. A people who are highly anointed
5. A responsible and purpose driven people

7. People that are fulfilled

WHAT IS CHARACTER
It refers to the combination of traits or habits or quality and value that defines an individual personality, behavior and moral combat.
TWO MAIN PARTS OF CHARACTER
The inner qualities - it is internal traits.
The outward behavior- This are the external traits.
* THOUGHTS
* FEELINGS
* ACTIONS

WHO IS A BELIEVER
Is a person who trust in God, have faith in God existence, love and power,
A believer has one character [ Gal 5:18, Matt 22:37-40 ]
The one character a believer must possess is love [ John 4:8 ]
* Love is the greatest commandment,
* Love is the fruit of the spirit [ Gal 5:22 ]
* Love is the key characteristics of a believer
* Love is an Essence [ Gal 5:18-26 ]

SUBJECT- THE HOLY SPIRIT PART III

INTRODUCTION- [Gal 6:7] Many people like results but don't really want results, Christianity without result is religion. God cannot be mocked, a lot of people want the power of the Holy Spirit but don't want to partner with the Holy Spirit.
WHAT MAKES THE EXPERIENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT COMPLETE IN A PERSON
There are two dimensions of the Holy Spirit in a person
1. The infilling; and
2. The outpouring.
THE INFILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
This is when the Holy Spirit comes to live inside a person, when he or she gives their lives to Christ, [Rom 8:9-11, 1 Cor 6:19-20].....
NOTE- Salvation is very cheap but very Costly.
THE OUTPOURING/UPONING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
This is when the Holy Spirit comes upon a person, it is possible for the Holy Spirit to be in you but not rest upon you....
QUESTION TO NOTE- The partriachs of old never had the Holy Spirit in them, the Holy Spirit only comes upon them at a time empowering them, but still they control authority higher than we that has the Holy Spirit in us and upon us... Why..?
The Holy Spirit comes upon you....
1. Empowering you to be witnesses
2. Empowering you for service
3. Empowering you for greatness
4. Empowering you for ministry
5. Empowering you for destiny..

1. Bringing instant and remarkable results [ Mark 5:25-30 ]
"Must" is backed up with our faith, our words and our actions. Our attitude matters and has tremendous influence or whether God will work for us or not.
[ Luke 1:37, Jer 32:27, John 14:13-14, Isa 55:11, 41:10 ]

The Holy Spirit is the author of the scripture [ 2 Pet 1: 21 ] where the Holy Spirit is not, nothing can be made, if you are not ready to work with the Holy Spirit you can't go forward
The Holy Spirit is a personality that can take any form
Christianity is not a religion, Religion is the product of man's pride attempting to find God without the backing of the Holy Spirit [2 Cor 13:14 ]

The Holy Spirit is one of the unique God head, The holy spirit is divine
The Holy Spirit has a unique role among the God heads.
We spend a lot of time learning about God, about Jesus the Christ but we don't spend as much time learning about the Holy Spirit.
The word God-head refers to the Holy Trinity, God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, it comes from Godhood and refers to the dirty of God, they are one and they all share the same purpose.
We learn about the Holy Spirit....
1. Through the reading of God's revealed word.
2. Through the bible
Who reveals the information about the Holy Spirit?
1. The Holy Spirit himself [ 1 Cor 2:10-13 ]
Who the Holy Spirit is not
1. The Holy Spirit is not a mist forged or wind moving here and there in some mysterious manner.
The Holy Spirit is a person with personal characters, the Holy Spirit is not an "IT"
WHO THEN IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?
1. The Holy Spirit is divine, He is God.
2. The Holy Spirit shares all attribute of God
3. He is omnipresence [ Ps 139:7-10 ]
4. He is omniscience [ Isa 40:14 ]
5. He is the spirit of Grace [ Heb 10:29 ]
6. Powerful [ Rom 15:19 ]
7. The Holy Spirit speaks [ Ez 11:5 ]
8. He acts [ Acts 8:39 ]
9. He leads [ Matt 4:1 ]
10. He calls [ Acts 13:2 ]
11. He guides [ John 16:13 ]
12. The Holy Spirit is not an explanation but an experience. [ Gen 1:1-2, 1 Cor 2:9-10, Rom 8:16 ]
