I'm so tired of bed side nursing and want to break the shackles, I'm ready to embrace any opportunity to explore this profession other than bed nursing, so besties I'm open to work anywhere a nurse can work

Some days you just want to keep forever, and this is one of them. ❤️

Meet little Anyanna on her Nursery 3 graduation day, she came out as the best student in her class and took part in most of the presentations by the pupils, with so much confidence and joy.

Look how far I've come. Moments like this remind me to cherish every little milestone and keep pushing.

Breastfeeding is endorsed as a postpartum method of contraception with about 98% efficacy provided that

1. The baby is exclusively breastfeeding
2. Intervals between feeds are never longer than six hours, including night feeds.
3. The mother's period has not returned
4. The baby is less than six months of age.

NB: If any of these conditions are not met, breastfeeding is no longer an adequate contraceptive.

Meet Augusta Anyanna Iguh, aka CHELEX 😄 in senior secondary school, Federal Government College Nise.

Look at her here, posing with a book she probably wasn't even reading, standing like she owned that studio.

This girl had SO many school daughters and sons, simply because she loved caring for people and being Dining Hall Captain gave her the perfect excuse to sneak her "children" extra food 😂

And yes, I was the neatest girl in that school. Ask anyone. That habit never left me till today.
She wanted to become a Medical Doctor. Little did she know Nursing would find her first and now she's a full Paediatric Nurse taking care of newborns and their mums.

I miss FGC Nise so much it hurts. Who else still thinks about their secondary school days?

From my secondary school days I knew I had passion to care for little hearts that made me dream bigger…

There is something so special about caring for the tiniest patients. Their little hands, tiny cries, and courageous journeys remind me every day why nursing is more than a profession.

As a Paediatric Nurse, I carry compassion, patience, knowledge and love into every little life I have the privilege to care for.
And this is only one part of my story…
The nurse. The woman. The dreamer. The creator. The journey continues.

If you were to give this nurse a name, what would it be?

Every story, every embarrassing moment, "how did I survive that."
Grab your popcorn 🍿 because some of these will have you crying with laughter.
First story drops soon, Comment "I'M READY" if you want the gist 👇
