For the first time in history, Africa’s richest man Aliko Dangote has ordered 200 of his truck drivers to return to training centers and master proper driving skills — all thanks to VDM 👏.

Governor Soludo visits the home town of the APC candidate for November 8, 2025 Anambra state gubernatorial election and this happened to him.

Anambra state governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo visited Osumenyi town in Nnewi South local government area of Anambra state, and the home town of Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, the APC candidate for November 8 Anambra gubernatorial election.

The people welcomed him with massive love and jubilations, praying for him and offering him gifts for all the works he is doing in Anambra state. They were calling him, "Oluatuegwu, the man who is not afraid of work, while others were saying," ona alu olu ofuma, he is doing very well and there is no vacancy in the Light House, Awka. They assured him of victory for second tenure.

What surprises many is that just a few days ago, during one of his campaigns, the APC candidate boasted that he's too rich, and that soludo's total networth is not up to 1 percent of his, the APC candidate's wealth. Therfore people had expected to see all the roads in his community constructed by him, and schools and markets in his town built or reconstructed to international standards by him.

Nigerians have no reason to be poor – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has said Nigerians have no reason to be poor, reiterating his administration’s commitment to promoting the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the country.

Tinubu made the statement at the 8th Expanded National MSME Clinic in Calabar on Wednesday.

Represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, he said the country had boundless human and natural resources at its disposal.

The president said Cross River, as a state, had the capacity to grow almost every crop because of its fertile land.

“The Federal Government intends to plant 100 million oil palm trees, more than any other state. Cross River has an advantage,” he said.

Tinubu further said that upon assumption of office, his government guaranteed access to capital and pledged to support ventures that would redefine the future of work, skills, and industry.

Soludo: A Tale of Public Praise and Private Deceit

Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s yesterday declaration that “President Tinubu has been my friend for 22 years” and his glowing commendation of the President’s “bold steps” is perhaps the biggest political deceit of the decade, a masterclass in contradiction that Nigerians have seen too often in our politics.

While in Abuja, Soludo dons the APC cap literally and figuratively praising President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as if they were inseparable political soulmates. He paints himself as a long-standing ally, a confidant who has stood by the President for decades, but the moment he sets foot on Anambra soil, the script flips entirely.

On campaign grounds, especially in this ongoing electioneering season in Anambra State, Soludo repeatedly labelled the APC as an “evil party” and its leaders as “evil men” words he used to whip APGA supporters into a frenzy and discredit Tinubu’s political family. The venom was unmistakable.

This two-faced political theatre did not start today. In the last presidential election, Soludo openly backed Atiku Abubakar of the PDP over Tinubu, the same Tinubu he now claims as a “22-year friend.” If that friendship truly existed and if Soludo genuinely believed in Tinubu’s vision, why did he throw his weight behind Tinubu’s opponent at the most crucial political moment?

The contradictions are glaring. If Soludo sincerely wishes to work with Tinubu, why has he not taken the honest step of joining the APC? Why the pretense, the back-and-forth, the sugar-coated words in Abuja and the venom-laced speeches in Anambra?

President Tinubu must be wary. The antics of Governor Soludo are well-known, he is a man who changes colours to suit his environment, much like a political chameleon. Today’s praise could easily become tomorrow’s insult. APC leaders should take note. Soludo is not a man to be trusted, and any embrace from him may be nothing more than a calculated deceit.

For now, one thing is clear, while Soludo sings praises in Abuja, he sharpens his daggers in Awka. The double game is on full display, and it is only a matter of time before the masks fall.

A lady begged me to lend her my phone to call someone. I told her I got no airtime but she insisted she'd recharge. As I gave her the phone, she quickly tried calling to confirm if I lied about not having airtime.
The call pulled through & she looked me in disgust. I smiled because even when you have 5 naira airtime, you can call but you can't talk.
Immediately the person she called picked up, before she could say the complete word "hel___lo" the call ended.
She looked me in shame and I smiled because even when you have 5 naira airtime in SIM 1, there could be 5k airtime in SIM 2!
She walked close to a POS store right behind us to recharge my phone & continue the call. She gave the POS girl 1,000 for an airtime of 100 naira.
The POS girl said she got no change. She then turned to me and asked me to lend her 100 naira.
I told her I also don't have change...
The dispatch rider I was waiting for finally showed up. He said his fee was 2,200 naira. I said okay!
On hearing my convo with the rider, she backed the POS store & turned to face me with her eyes wide open to confirm if I lied about not having change.
As I dipped my hands in my pocket, she looked me in disgust. I smiled because the dispatch rider said 2,200 naira which can be priced down but I just said okay to price it down in a big-boy way.
As I dipped my hands in my pocket, I brought out 2,000 naira, gave the dispatch rider and said:
"Oga manage this one abeg!"
She looked me in shame and I smiled because this whole thing was happening in the evening and the moment she turned to face me, the POS girl had quietly locked up and closed for the day.
As the dispatch rider left, she turned and was shocked the POS girl had gone.
She became frustrated and walked away...
I smiled and also walked away...
When I got home, I realized I forgot to collect my phone from her 🙃
