“Stop Building for the Crowd. Start Building for the Core.”

Most churches design everything—programs, teaching, schedules—around the Sunday morning crowd.
That crowd is often made up of:

Visitors checking things out

Sunday-morning-only members

The faithful core who will be back no matter what

Then, we turn around and duplicate Sunday morning for Sunday night and Wednesday night…
and expect it to thrive.

But Sunday night and Wednesday aren’t the same crowd.
They’re the core—the ones sold out for the mission, the ones who sacrifice time and energy to be there, the ones who shoulder the work of the kingdom.

💡 What if we built around them? Not to water down the heart of worship or shift the focus from God, but to give the core what they actually need—teaching that stretches them, opportunities that bond them, and moments they can’t stop talking about.

When your core is united, joyful, and on fire for the Lord, others will notice. They’ll hear about what’s happening and think:

> “I don’t want to miss out on that.”

Healthy churches don’t just grow from visitors in the pew.
They grow from a core that’s alive, connected, and passionate.
