🔹Enzo Maresca: "Jadon [Sancho] is doing well since he arrived. Players can't maintain the same level all season because the huge amount of games. Last two he didn't play for tactical decisions. No more than that. He's going to play many games, he has to continue to work hard."

🔹Enzo Maresca: "Very pleased [with Cole Palmer]. Especially because he's enjoying himself. He's continued to improve no matter which position. The other day he was in a different part of the pitch and did fantastic. Similar to Jadon, they have to work hard and enjoy."

🔹Enzo Maresca on Chelsea players: "We want them to enjoy because they deserved to be football players. They worked hard to deserve that."

🔹Enzo Maresca: "He [Reece James] played two Premier League games in a row. In both games he was very good, it didn't surprise me. I know how important he is for us, his team-mates, the club. We just want to keep him fit. This is the main target."

🔹Enzo Maresca: "I already said that the club never mentioned anything about top four. They always said the target and idea is to build something important for four or five years. We work everyday to reach something important. We try to do our best. Pressure on the players? I don't think so. If you go game by game, you can see where you are in that moment. This can help a lot. If you start to think about top four, top six, you are thinking about May or June. That's too far. We are where we are now, we will continue to try to improve things. At the end we will see."

🔹Enzo Maresca: "I still think the same. We can improve many, many things. We can do many things better- defend better, attack better, manage the game better in the last 20 minutes. We didn't manage the game in the right way against Newcastle. This is a learning process. We need to improve how to play different games; high pressing, when they sit back.
