Dear Sister,
Please distance yourself from anyone who says, “Don’t show a man you love him,” or “Don’t let your husband know how much you care—he’ll take you for granted.”
That mindset is misleading.
Love is not weakness. It’s not foolish. And it’s certainly not a crime.
Let your husband feel your love. Show it. Speak it. Give it freely.
Some women are showering love and affection on another woman’s husband—while you’re acting “hard” with your own.
Hug him. Kiss him. Serve him with joy. Support him. Smile with him.
He’s yours. Let him know it—deeply and clearly.
Love is sweeter when you’re generous with it.
Let the world wonder what you're enjoying, not question what you’re withholding.
Don’t let bitter hearts teach you how to love.
