NORTHERN LEADERS AND AREWA VOICE WERE SILENT WHERE ACTIONS ARE NEEDED MOST:
Where are the voices that traditionally advocate on behalf of Islam?
Where are the so-called leaders who constantly remind us of moral principles and honor?
Where is the outrage that is typically summoned for lesser matters?
When did we become a people who turn a blind eye while our own mothers and sisters are subjected to life-threatening humiliation?
Silence in moments like this is not neutrality. It is abandonment. It is tacit consent. It is a betrayal of our faith.
What tragedy must occur for our conscience to be stirred?
History will remember this moment: not just for the cruelty of bandits, but for the silence of those who should have spoken.
And that silence will be our collective judgment. 💔
