She’s your parent, not my problem.
Would you stay with a partner who said that about the person who raised you?

I almost judged him by his rating… then I heard why he only wants four stars.

My husband found out I’ve been secretly sending money to my ex… and now he says he can’t trust me.

My ex and I dated for almost four years before we broke up. We never had children together, and eventually, we both moved on.

A few months ago, he lost his job and started struggling financially. I felt bad for him, so I began sending him small amounts of money whenever I could.
I didn’t tell my husband because I knew he would be angry.
I kept telling myself, “It’s just helping someone I used to love. Nothing more.”

But yesterday, my husband saw the transaction on my phone.
He asked me, “How long have you been doing this?”

I told him the truth.

He looked at me and said, “So you were comfortable helping another man behind my back, but you weren’t comfortable telling your husband?”
I tried explaining that there was nothing romantic between us.
But he said something that left me speechless:

“Maybe the money wasn’t the betrayal. Maybe the fact that you knew I’d be hurt and chose to hide it was.”
Now I’m questioning everything.

Was I wrong for helping my ex, or was hiding it from my husband the real betrayal?

My husband makes way more money than me, and he’s starting to treat me like I work for him. Am I wrong for being angry?

We got married two years ago. He owns a successful construction company and earns significantly more than I do. After we got married, he told me that since he’s the husband and the provider, I should quit my job, stay home, and let him handle all the money and major decisions. I immediately said no. I told him I built my career myself before we ever got married, and marriage doesn’t mean I have to give up my independence or hand over control of my life to him.

Honestly, it bothered me more than I expected. He believes a wife should be submissive and let her husband lead completely, but I’m financially independent and refuse to become dependent just because he earns more. Am I wrong for feeling like my husband should respect my autonomy, or is this something I need to get over?

He laughed to keep the peace… and lost everything.

I hated my manager for firing me… until I found out the truth 💔

The hardest part isn’t the memory loss… it’s watching her blame herself every single night.

Some red flags don’t wave they scream.

I told my husband I wasn’t cooking dinner for his daughter because she’s not my kid.

We have a 2-year-old together, and I work full-time while he stays home. Last night I made a full meal for myself, my husband, and our baby… but I didn’t plate anything for his 11-year-old daughter from his first marriage. I told him her biological mother should be the one feeding her, not me.

He looked at me like I had slapped him and said, “When you married me, you married my child too.” I told him that’s not how I see it.
Now he’s sleeping on the couch and saying he’s considering separation because he refuses to let his daughter grow up feeling unwanted in her own home. I think he’s destroying our marriage over a child that isn’t mine.
Am I wrong?
