Do you know that Banky W’s label “Empire Mates Records” still receives 80% of the revenue from Wizkid’s first two albums: ‘Superstar’ (2011) and ‘Ayo’ (2014), while Wizkid only earns 20%. In fact, the contract stipulates that the label will earn that 80% in perpetuity (that means, forever).
