I'm a pregnant 24year old and my man wants us to quickly get married before my baby bump starts showing. He came to meet my parents, they discussed and he left.

Next morning, my mother said my dad demands that my Boyfriend roof our house cos he wouldn't want me to do my wedding at my uncle's house cos we currently live there.

My uncle gave us a well furnished 2 bedroom apartment to stay and we have been living there since 2020 and now my father said that it would be emb@rr@ssing for him. I don't know what exactly would embarrass him that he wants a 25year old to roof a house that a 58year old man has been unable to roof for the past two years.

He wants him to get the wood and roofing sheets to cover the house and still expect him to do the wedding celebration. I am not in anyway supporting what my father requested.

Since I got admission into school, my father haven't sent a dime to me. It's this boy that have been sp0ns0ring me. So I told my Boyfriend to wait till I put to bed cos the wedding arrangements will be str£$$ful for me.

My Boyfriend is not that bouyant and we only wanted to manage cos the pregnancy wasn't planned for.

Is it wrong telling my Boyfriend to stop the preparations or should I tell him what my father said? I'm confused now and need advice. My parents are expecting feedback from me.
