*Gov. Ododo’s Security Architecture Yielding Results, Says Kogi Security Adviser Omodara*

*Kogi West* – Kogi State Security Adviser, *Commander Jerry Omodara*, has said Governor Usman Ododo’s security architecture is recording significant gains across the state.

Omodara made the remarks while speaking with a TAO Live TV correspondent during a food palliative distribution organized by SA Political to The Governor of Kogi State*Jethro Oni*, popularly known as “Chop Chop Commander”.

He commended Jethro Oni for giving his community a sense of belonging and urged him to sustain the gesture. The Security Adviser also hailed the “Chief Servant” of Kogi State, Gov. Ododo, for creating an enabling environment that has improved safety and livelihoods for the people of Kogi West.

Addressing youths at the event, Omodara advised them to remain vigilant, truthful, and to shun violence and other acts capable of destabilizing the state.
He further commended *President Bola Ahmed Tinubu* for his economic transformation policies and urged Muslim leaders to intensify prayers for the President’s success.
On party politics, Omodara lauded the APC for its just-concluded primary election, describing it as a demonstration of the party’s unity and oneness. He urged more youths to key into government programs and contribute to the development of the land.

*Kogi Central* – Prominent figures across Kogi Central gathered to honor the legacy of late business tycoon *Alh. Salihu Okatahi*, popularly known as *Kwadeco*, describing him as a philanthropist whose pharmaceutical business touched countless lives across Kogi State.
The prayer session, organized by his family and coordinated by the Chief Imam of Ebiraland, *Alh. Salihu Abere*, drew Islamic scholars, traditional rulers, government officials, and well-wishers.
Speakers at the event praised Alh. Okatahi’s impact on Ebiraland. *Alh. Abubakar Sanusi Gamji*, Ambassador to Kuwait, said Kwadeco lived a fulfilled life and commended his courage and generosity in supporting many children in Ebiraland through his business. He prayed for the deceased’s eternal rest.
*Barr. Majibi*, Chief Judge of Kogi State, also prayed for the deceased and urged attendees to prioritize religion over sentiment, noting that division only leads to destruction. He called on all to embrace peace and unity regardless of background.
Among those in attendance were *Hon. Abdullahi Ozomata*, *Hon. Jimoh Ozovehe*, incoming Chairman of Adavi LGA, and traditional rulers from across Kogi Central.
Speaking on behalf of the family, *Alh. Abdulmumin Salihu Okatahi*, son of the deceased, thanked those who came to commiserate with them. He expressed gratitude to Kogi State Governor *Alh. Usman Ododo*, the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, the Chief Imam, and other Ebira leaders for their support. He pledged that the family would uphold his father’s legacy and continue his work of service to the people.
