The Murder of Dreams
Dreams are powerful. They are seeds of greatness planted in every heart. But the sad truth is this: dreams don’t die naturally. They are murdered, slowly, painfully, by fear, excuses, and delay.
Fear whispers, “What if you fail?” and many never even start. Excuses say, “It’s not the right time, I don’t have enough, I’ll begin tomorrow.” And tomorrow becomes next year, until the dream is buried. Delay finishes the job. A delayed dream is a dream suffocated, choked before it has the chance to breathe.
History is full of people who could have changed the world but never dared. Their names are forgotten not because they had no gift, but because they buried it alive. Talent without courage rots. Vision without action fades. Purpose without urgency dies.
Friend, your dream is not waiting for the perfect season, it is waiting for you. The world will never be fully ready. Conditions will never be completely right. You must rise, start small, and grow as you go.
Do not let fear sit in the driver’s seat of your destiny. Fear is loud before you move, but silent once you begin. Do not let excuses sound wise enough to chain your future. And do not let delay trick you into thinking you have unlimited time. You don’t.
Dreams don’t die, they are killed. And the killer is often the dreamer himself. Refuse to be that person. Protect your vision. Feed your goals with action. Give your purpose oxygen by moving forward every day.
“The death of a dream is not fate, it is choice. Fear kills, excuses bury, and delay seals the grave.”
