Some days, the things we’re searching for in the deep are right there on the surface.

Let’s be honest in this generation, money 💰 solves 99.99% of our problems.
That’s why everyone is chasing it from every corner.

We keep looking for white-collar jobs, but the Bible already told us “the gift of a man maketh way for him.”

The problem is, we often overlook our own gifts.
You think only tailoring, fashion design, or mechanic work count as “handwork”? Think again.

You know how to compose messages or letters for your friends? You can write to earn.

You can tie gele like your life depends on it? You can tie gele to earn.

You do those calm, clean makeups for photos? You can do makeup to earn.

You write stories that hold people’s attention? You can tell stories to earn.

It doesn’t matter how little you know being at step one is better than being at step zero.
Start by helping the person at zero while you keep learning, building, and earning.

Because at the end of the day, nobody is coming to save you.

MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME ISN’T SCATTERED FOCUS. IT’S SYSTEMS.📌

Growing up, many of us thought having multiple streams of income meant doing everything at once — today it's baking, tomorrow it's fashion, next week it's tech. And honestly, we got that idea from our parents who had to hustle back-to-back just to make ends meet.

But if you observed closely, you’d notice that constant stress often came with burnout, health issues like hypertension, and zero rest. That’s not what true multiple streams of income is.

Let me explain using Tolu 👇🏽

Tolu is a liquid soap maker.

She starts by selling soap and making money.

Then she creates a video or written course teaching others how to make soap. She uploads it on Selar or Selfany and earns passively.

Next, she hosts paid live classes for those who prefer one-on-one teaching.

Finally, she recruits affiliate marketers to sell her courses. They earn a commission; she keeps the rest.

Tolu didn’t jump into a new skill. She built systems around one skill and multiplied her income.

Same thing applies to any skill — handwork or online: tailoring, baking, virtual assistance, graphic design, anything. Build value, document it, teach it, and create systems around it.

If you’ve been stressing over learning 10 skills in the name of “multiple streams,” please breathe. Calm down. Do the calms.
