*Everybody looks okay until you have a deep conversation with them*
*Then you realise that this is a generation of people struggling to survi,ve through smiling faces and pretty pictures. People are going through a lot in silence.*
*Do not be swift to judge.*
*Mind what you say to people.*
*Show people more love and less hate.*
*Keep reaching out to people in the little way you can.*
*Do not ignore people in their lowest state.*
*A little word of advice, encouragement and support will go a long way.*
*If you cannot be of help, please leave people as they are, do not wors,en their situa,tion.*
