So the men you see on the screen are Richard and his friend George. George has known Richard for many years. One day, Richard received a call from George, George told him that he has a land to sell.
Being that Richard is the vice president of the Real estate association in Bayelsa, he started looking for a buyer, in no time, he found a buyer.
They decided to meet at the location of the land. After meeting, the buyers negotiated to buy the land for N9 million, they paid this money to George who is the owner of the land.
When they asked for the papers, George told them that he forgot the papers at home. Richard stood as a guarantor, that these people should let George go, that he trusts George, George would give him the papers and he would send it to them.
Two days passed and George still hadn’t given the papers to Richard. Richard called and called but George kept giving him different excuses.
A few days later, this beautiful girl who happens to be George’s girlfriend called Richard. She told him that George asked her to tell him to meet them in a hotel, that he has the papers to the land.
Richard went to the hotel. Richard didn’t return him that night. His wife was worried, he wasn’t picking his calls, but he was responding to chats.
Richard told her that he was on the run, that he did a deal that didn’t go well, so he’s hiding. During this time, the people that bought the land from George went to the police.
George himself went to the police station to tell them that he’s already sent back the N9 million to Richard, that he’s told Richard that he didn’t want to sell the land anymore.
Meanwhile, Richard told his wife through chatting that his wife should meet him up at a certain location. But his wife’s instincts told her not to go. She reported the case to the police.
Now, the chairman of the real estate’s association was looking for Richard, he decided to go and check George’s land which is the last known location that Richard was actively selling a land.
As he was about to step into the land, a farmer approached him, asked him not to go in there. He said that a few days ago, he heard three sounds that seemed like g*nsh*ts. The farmer even wrote the number of the car that drove out of the land that night.
After reporting to the police, they tracked the car plate number and surprisingly, it was George’s car. Then they started checking the recent transaction that George made, that was how the noticed that he sent N1 million to this beautiful girl who is known as Tee Salvage on Facebook.
They quickly tracked her to her house and guess what?, she already put all her belongings in a truck, was ready to move. After searching the truck, they found the Kala that George used to kpai Mr Richard. Not only that, they found many other tools.
They tracked George to and caught him, they said he was about leaving the country when they caught him. We are waiting for justice.
Meaning that they wanted to also repeat what they did to Richard to his wife, just to close the case.
Now, George is married and this girl na s!d€ch!c. Apart from this particular case, I’m sure that she would usually gather information and give to George, this can not be their only case, dem go don kpai many people.
