🔹 Episode 2: Signs & Symptoms of Anxiety 🔹
😰 Anxiety isn’t always loud. Sometimes it whispers. Other times, it overwhelms. But it often leaves traces in your body, mind, and behavior.
Here are some common signs to look out for:
🧠 Mental/Emotional Signs
Racing thoughts or constant overthinking
Difficulty concentrating
Feeling restless, tense, or “on edge”
Irrational fears or dread about everyday situations
💓 Physical Signs
Fast heartbeat or chest tightness
Sweating, trembling, or shaking
Shortness of breath
Stomach discomfort, nausea, or headaches
🎭 Behavioral Signs
Avoiding certain places, events, or people
Trouble sleeping or frequent nightmares
Feeling exhausted, even without much activity
👉 Occasional worry is normal. But when these signs keep showing up, interfere with your daily life, or feel out of proportion to the situation, it could be more than “just stress.”
💡 Recognizing the signs is the first step toward understanding your mental health.

🔹 *Episode 1: Understanding Anxiet 🔹

😰 Ever felt your heart race before a big moment?
Like speaking in public, meeting new people, or making an important decision?

That’s anxiety at work.

It’s your body’s natural fight, flight, or freeze response — pumping blood and oxygen to prepare you for danger. Useful when real threats exist… but sometimes, anxiety shows up when there’s no real danger.

Exams. Job interviews. Social gatherings.

👉 Occasional anxiety is normal, but when it becomes frequent, overwhelming, or sticks around even after the situation, it may point to an anxiety disorder.

📊 According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), over 40 million Americans live with anxiety disorders — making it the most common mental illness. Sadly, only 36.9% seek treatment.

💡 Anxiety is common. Talking about it is the first step toward healing.

✨ Have you ever felt anxiety in situations where there was no real danger? Drop a 💙 if you can relate, and stay tuned for *Episode 2.*

Let’s walk this journey together.
