School is resuming next week, and I started preparing my children’s immune system 3 weeks ago. ❤️💪🏽

Mummies and daddies, don’t wait until school resumes before you start paying attention to your child’s health. Good food, fruits, vegetables, enough water, proper rest and good hygiene all matter. 🥰
