I got a lot of reviews on the latest Tyler Perry's "STRAW". So I decided to see it myself and here's my own review. I got four vital lessons.

The joy of motherhood was the first lesson. The movie displays how the heart of a mother constantly yearns for her child.

Second lesson: The singular act of Kindness. Janiyah wasn't rich at all, but she still gave out to the old man at the corner of the house every morning. It shows that kindness doesn't really need a wealthy person, it only needs a cheerful heart. The biblical widow who gave her all to God in the temple and the other who gave her last flour to the prophet never gave out of their abundance. In a world where you can be anything PLEASE BE KIND!!!

Third lesson:. The Contentment virtue: Janiyah knew what her financial strength was but still never gave greed a chance. She rejected her friend's money even when she had almost lost hope. She still had an opportunity to pack the whole money from the Safe but she only took her check instead. She was offered more than what she had on her cheque but she still requested for what she asked for. She had a gun, she stood a chance of living abject poverty but she still never gave in to greed. BE CONTENTED.

Fourth Lesson: Empathy: The first empathetic person in the movie was still Janiyah. She knew what it felt to have no help so she helped people. The second person was her colleague who offered her some money, she felt her pain , she stood up for her, she knew what her feelings looked like. The third person was Nicole, the Bank manager, she was really caught up by Janiyah 's story that she chose to stay back even when she had the chance to be rescued. The fourth person was Miss Isabelle " Nobody knows how expensive it is to be poor" . She related to Janiyah 's story so well. And the last person was Detective Raymond. Raymond almost gave into emotions which was against her job policies. She took every hint of Janiyah 's testimony very serious. She really felt for her. Maybe if murder wasn't the case, she would have released Janiyah. Tessa lacked Empathy... Her boss lacked that too

These four are very vital lessons from the movie, there are a lot of lessons there. I cried, it really melted my heart when all Janiyah was about was her child. It pained me a lot when the news of her death came in. Within me, I feel that's the only reason Janiyah finally surrendered because her worst fear really happened.

bright blue sky above is dotted with puffy white clouds, their wispy tendrils stretching out like cotton candy. The sun shines down, casting a warm glow over the grass, bringing out its natural beauty and filling the air with the sweet scent of blooming wildflowers.

Did you know, that there are three different species of lions ?

Barbary lion
North Africa lion
Asiatic lion

The lion mentioned in the Bible is the Asiatic lion and they're the weakest and smallest of the lion family. As small as the leopard.

So the portraying of the lions Daniel survived as big and with thick manes is just falsehood. Asiatic lions have scanty manes and small legs.

Only about 90 of them are still left and they're in the Gir reserves. The Barbary lion on the other hand is now extinct in the wild too, except for some 60 surving left in various reservations.

Meanwhile the African lion, which is the second largest lion after the Barbary lion, is just about 22k left in existence.
