My reward system is very simple:
Step 1: Survive the stress. ✅
Step 2: Be productive. ✅
Step 3: Feed myself like I just completed a marathon I never signed up for. 😂🍽️
After a long, stressful but successful day, this is exactly how I recharge my batteries. Good food, a warm bath, and then straight to bed like my phone on 1% finally finding a charger. 🤣
Because honestly, some days don’t just drain your energy… they borrow tomorrow’s energy too. 😭
So this plate right here? Not just food. It’s fuel. It’s therapy. It’s a well-deserved “you did your best today” pat on the back. ❤️
