🕵️ IS THAT PERSON REALLY WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE?

Before accepting a friend request:

🔎 Check the profile history.
🔎 Look at mutual friends.
🔎 Check whether the photos look suspicious.
🔎 Be careful if the account was recently created.
🔎 Never send money simply because someone has a familiar name or photo.

A scammer can copy someone's name and profile picture.

A familiar face online doesn't always mean a familiar person.

Sounds attractive, right?

That's exactly why scammers use unrealistic returns to attract victims.

Before investing online:

❌ Don't trust screenshots of “successful investors.”
❌ Don't send money because someone is pressuring you.
❌ Don't trust guaranteed profits.
✅ Research the company independently.
✅ Verify who is behind the offer.

If the profit sounds impossible, STOP and investigate.

1️⃣ You receive a login alert you don't recognize.
2️⃣ Your password suddenly stops working.
3️⃣ Messages are sent that you didn't write.

5️⃣ Your account details have been changed.

If you notice something suspicious, act quickly:

🔐 Change your password.
🔐 Enable 2FA.
🔐 Review active login sessions.
🔐 Secure your email account too.

Don't wait until your friends start receiving scam messages from your account.

Imagine receiving a call that sounds exactly like your child, sibling, friend, or boss asking for emergency money.

Don't panic.

AI can now be used to imitate human voices, making some emergency calls difficult to trust by voice alone.

🔐 Create a family verification question or phrase.

If someone calls asking for money urgently:

1️⃣ Stay calm.
2️⃣ Hang up.
3️⃣ Call the person back using a number you already know.
4️⃣ Confirm before sending money.

A familiar voice is not always proof of identity.
