INVITATION TO THE 10TH UDUNG UKO TOWN AREA CONVENTION

The leadership of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Udung Uko Town Area, Oron Field, cordially invites the Oron Field Council, Field Staff, Officers, Members, and the general public to the 10th Udung Uko Town Area Convention.

This special convention promises to be a glorious time of fellowship, worship, spiritual renewal, and a divine encounter with the miraculous power of God. We trust the Lord to minister to His people, strengthen lives, restore hope, and manifest His mighty presence throughout the convention.

Date: Friday, 28th – Sunday, 30th August 2026
Time: 6:00 PM & 9:00 AM Daily
Venue: Udung Uko Town Area Headquarters, Udung Uko LGA

We therefore warmly invite the Oron Field Council, Field Staff, Officers, Members of The Apostolic Church, friends, families, and the general public to join us for this glorious gathering.

She insists she can’t settle for just one wedding event. She wants the full package: the knocking ceremony, traditional marriage, and white wedding.

Instead of standing your ground and making financially responsible decisions, you’ve chosen to accompany her to plead with her parents, asking them to allow some of the marriage rites to be paid later after the celebrations.

My question is simple:

Why not use the money you’re planning to spend on multiple ceremonies to fulfill the marriage rites first, then have the wedding celebration when you’re financially ready?

Marriage is not a competition. The success of a marriage is not measured by the number of ceremonies held, but by the strength of the union that follows.

Live within your means. A modest beginning with peace of mind is far better than an extravagant wedding financed by debt and unfulfilled obligations.

This is getting excessive.
