Day 2 of the TVET program was successfully conducted with active participation from trainees. The session focused on deepening practical knowledge and reinforcing concepts introduced on the first day.
Participants were actively engaged in class activities, note-taking, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions designed to enhance their technical competencies and industry-relevant skills. The training atmosphere reflected commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn.

COMMENCEMENT OF WELDING AND FABRICATION TRAINING PROGRAMME.

Date: 15th June, 2026
MIDEMEMO Resources Ltd./Centre for Entrepreneurship Training and Policy Initiative (CETAPI),
Located at Building 4, Industrial Development Centre (IDC), Opposite St. Charles Grammar School, Oke-Ayepe, Osogbo, Osun State.

Officially commenced the training of Youths in Welding and Fabrication.
Monday, 15th June, 2026, in line with the directive of the IDEAS-TVET Project Office.
The successful commencement of the programme was a clear demonstration of the high level of acceptance, enthusiasm, and appreciation shown by the beneficiaries. The impressive turnout of participants on the first day reflected the keen interest of the youths in acquiring practical and employable skills that will enhance their economic opportunities and self-reliance.

Participants expressed profound gratitude to the IDEAS-TVET Project, supported by the World Bank, for providing them with the opportunity to acquire industry-relevant knowledge and hands-on technical skills in Welding and Fabrication.

The training programme is designed to equip beneficiaries with both theoretical and practical competencies required to excel in the welding and fabrication industry, thereby contributing to youth empowerment, job creation, and sustainable economic development.

MIDEMEMO Resources Ltd./CETAPI remains committed to ensuring the successful implementation of the programme and achieving the objectives of the IDEAS-TVET Project.
