The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) English Language paper examination slated for 2pm on Wednesday have had parents crying out over late arrival. According to The Point, the late arrival of the paper has forced WAEC candidates to spend night at their various schools and other centres writing the English Language paper in various states across the country. However, candidates had waited for the arrival of the paper at their various centres till 7:30pm, but they didn’t see any of the officials of WAEC with the papers....

The federal government has declared that students attending technical colleges nationwide will receive a monthly stipend of N45,000. Two persons were confirmed dead as a truck carrying rams and goats meant for sales for Ileya festival involved in a lone accident in Osun State.
