Periods are natural, not shameful.
Menstruation is health, not a taboo.
Today, we break the silence. We fight the stigma. We raise our voice for every girl and woman who deserves dignity, education, and access to safe menstrual care.

🔴 No girl should miss school because of her period.
🔴 No woman should suffer in silence because of culture or cost.
🔴 Together, let’s promote menstrual education, access to sanitary products, and open conversations.

At Ideal Clock Global Initiative, we stand for health, dignity, and empowerment. Let’s create a world where periods are normal, not hidden.
