2)Simple Recipes: Meals with 4–5 ingredients can still be nutritious.

3)Community Kitchens/Food Banks: Some offer meal kits or prepped meals.

4)Government Programs: SNAP, WIC, or local food assistance can reduce financial strain if accessible.
