HER SMALL MOUTH, BIG PAIN 😢💔

Yesterday, my daughter woke up crying…
I checked and saw a small white ulcer inside her mouth.
Just one tiny thing — but the pain? Terrible.
She couldn’t eat properly, she didn’t talk much, and even drinking water made her uncomfortable.
As a mother, it broke my heart. 💔

Many people don’t take mouth ulcers seriously…
Until you or your child has one and you realise how painful it really is.

So please, if you ever notice these in your child or even yourself:

✅ Avoid very spicy or acidic foods
✅ Rinse with warm salt water
✅ Keep the mouth clean
✅ Use a soothing gel or spray from the pharmacy
✅ Make sure they stay hydrated
And if it’s too painful, lasts more than 1–2 weeks, or keeps coming back, please see a doctor or dentist.

Sometimes it’s stress, sometimes it’s low immunity, sometimes it’s just random — but the pain is real.

My daughter is feeling better now, thank God 🙏❤️
But I just want to remind every parent:
Always check their mouths when they say “Mummy, it’s paining me.”
A small ulcer can cause big tears.
