KEEPING FIT:

Is the activity of keeping your body in good condition by doing special exercises.

Early this morning after our morning prayer, my three years old daughter started shouting mummy, go and do your exercise, mummy go and do you exercise.

Hiaan, I pretended I didn't hear her,
she didn't allow me to rest, she made sure I responded to her. I told her okay I have heard. I eventually ran my exercise through.

That singular act of hers encouraged me not to skip my exercise today, because I was already giving myself excuses to skip it.

The importance of exercise cannot be overemphasized. It's as important as the life you are living. You may not start with the most rigorous types.

You can actually commence with the most simplest ones that you can run in your bedroom or sitting room. But yes, you must be courageous and CONSISTENT.That is the watchword.

You can as well start with short duration, I understand that some of us have tight schedules, and can not spare much time. 10mins to 15 mins is good for a start.

By the time you are consistent with that, you body system will align well and then you will begin to enjoy the ecstatic feeling that comes with constant exercise.

In addition eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grain. Then drink a lot of water.

Start now, do not procrastinate 🤔👍
