Mana o na dikwa very tasty sometimes ( it's very sweet sometimes)

Like bread and noodles.
Bread and stew.
Bread with soaked garri.
Bread with okra soup.

Do you see this thing here, l don't joke with it. Melon has a lot of health benefits.
It aids hydration, supports immune system due to it's vitamins A and C content, it has antioxidant protection against free radicals, and improved digestion from dietary fiber.

It also aids in skin and hair health, supports heart function, contributes to weight management and may possess anti-cancer properties.

I cook it together with yam as porridge, it's very sweet.
I also boil it sometimes and eat it with vegetable sauce.
