I ask her is it only menstrual cycle that changed.
Because mine didn't change my cycle only, it made me change meals,
Like food I don't like before became my favorite and the ones I love, I lost interest😜

Today is the first time I went out with my twins, ever since my mother left for Omugwo, back to her base!

I don't ever know how to express my feelings, because it was so stressful 😭😭😭.

I also carried other of my kids along with me!

This was supposed to be a 2 weeks seminar!
With my experience today, I will not go again oooo🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.

Listen👂
If you are still bréæst feeding your child, don't push too hard!
Do little exercises, eat, don't skip meal!

For some women, no matter how hard you try to cut down weight during bréæst feeding it can never work!
While to some women, bréæst feeding cause them to loss excessive weight!

When you are done with your child, you can go ahead buy, weight loss tea, skip meal, drink concotion, etc!

Don't just leave yourself ooo, little effort will give you a result( you might not get exactly the size and shape you want, but you will not be where you was).
