Orsu LGA Boss Says APC Program Proves Democracy Works for the People

The Executive Chairman of Orsu Local Government Area, Engr. Friday Ibekaeme, has described the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government’s Household Projects Empowerment/Cash Transfer, HOPE CT, as a clear proof that democracy can deliver real benefits to ordinary Nigerians without favouritism.
Speaking in Owerri during an interactive session with beneficiaries, he delight by the level of transparency that characterized the program.
