We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring resolution in line with company policy and labor laws
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company
Collaborate with senior management on HR strategies that support business and sales objectives
Support daily HR activities and perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through open communication and employee engagement
Facilitate performance management processes, including setting goals and supporting evaluations
Qualifications

Bachelor Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of relevant HR experience,
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proximity to Ogba, Lagos is essential.
Preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary
N100,00 - N120,000 per month.
